The Thoroughbred Rehabilitation Centre rehabilitates thoroughbred ex-racehorses with the aim of re-homing them to loan homes for the rest of their lives. The TRC is the original UK charity dedicated to the welfare of ex-racehorses. Established in 1991 and gaining charitable status in 1993, the TRC is now regarded as the role model of racehorse rehabilitation.
